One of my best friends used this term recently and it's stayed with me. We were talking about our health and everything we do now to nourish, move and help our current body is future-proofing our body in the coming years. Every decision we make now has an effect on us in the future. We're "future-proofing" our bodies and minds and this weekend got me thinking about this term for business.
