One of the Biggest Astrological Weeks of 2026 So Far, Your Complete Guide
29 June to 5 July 2026
This week is not a normal week. Between Monday and Sunday we have Mars changing signs, Mercury stationing retrograde, a Capricorn Full Moon, Jupiter making one of its most significant moves in over a decade, and a Mars conjunct Uranus that will make Saturday feel like anything could happen. Each of these events on their own would be worth paying attention to. Together they are asking us to get clear, get honest and get ready for the second half of 2026.
Here is your complete day-by-day guide.
Monday 29 June, Mars enters Gemini
Action meets ideas
Action, drive and momentum are kicking up a notch as Mars moves out of Taurus and into Gemini. Where Taurus Mars was slow, steady and physical, Gemini Mars is quick, mental energy and driven by ideas and conversation. Movement and passion are now coming from perspective shifts, information and the spark of a good conversation. Things can move fast under this energy, so if something has been sitting in your mind as a half-formed idea, this is the energy that wants you to take that first step.
The key is to act on the ideas that genuinely light you up rather than chasing every shiny thing that arrives, because Gemini energy can scatter if you let it.
Intuition prompt: What idea have you been sitting on that actually just needs one first step taken today? Take it.
Tuesday 30 June, Mercury stations retrograde in Cancer, Capricorn Full Moon, Jupiter enters Leo
The biggest day of the week
Three significant astrological events land on the same day. Here is what each one means for you and your business.
Mercury stations retrograde in Cancer until 24 July
Mercury, the planet of communication, conversations, ideas and technology, stations retrograde today in the sign of Cancer and will remain retrograde until 24 July. Retrogrades bring periods of review, revision and reset, and invite you to take a second look before acting.
In practical terms this means communication can be misunderstood, conversations can be misinterpreted, ideas can feel a little less clear and technology can be glitchy. The answer is not to sit on your hands and do nothing. The energy is simply asking for details to be checked before speaking, sending or publishing the final version.
Mercury retrograde in Cancer is also a genuinely nourishing window for reviewing your business foundations, your messaging and your intentions. Cancer is the sign of home, nourishment and care, so let this revision period feel like tending to something you love rather than an arduous task. Look at your business the way you would look at your home , what needs tidying, what needs attention, what can you release to make more room for what matters?
For those born with natal Mercury retrograde, these periods tend to affect us much less because we naturally think in this reflective, revisionary way anyway.
Intuition prompt: What in your business messaging or foundations has been sitting in the background needing a second look? This is your window.
Capricorn Full Moon , 9.56am AEST
This Capricorn Full Moon is asking you to pause, look back at how far you've come, and decide what you're taking with you into the second half of the year.
Synchronistically this Full Moon arrives shortly after the Solstice and marks a genuine halfway point in 2026. Capricorn is the planner, the goal setter, the structured one, and this lunation is ideal for checking in honestly. What have you built? What have you let slide? What are you carrying that no longer needs to come with you?
With the Sun in Cancer, this Full Moon illuminates the polarity of home and work, rest and action. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, so this Full Moon carries an invitation to commit, to master your craft and to be genuinely responsible for what it will take to achieve your goals in the second half of this year.
For those of us in Australia, this Full Moon falls on the last day of the financial year, and how perfectly timed that this very business and work focused Moon lands exactly here. Take it as permission to do your mid-year review with real intention.
You'll feel the Full Moon energy for a few days, so take your time with this one.
Intuition prompt: Write down three things you have achieved in the first half of 2026, however small. Then write down one thing you're ready to release before you move into the second half. Let it go.
Jupiter enters Leo, 3.52pm AEST
This is one I have been genuinely excited about and have been talking about with many clients who will have direct contact with this transit in their personal and business charts.
Jupiter, the planet of expansion, amplification, opportunities and possibilities, moves into the sign of Leo today and will stay there for the next 13 months. In Leo, these opportunities and possibilities come through visibility, recognition and creative expression. Having fun and finding genuine joy in your creative process can return under this transit, and with it real expansion and growth.
Leo is a fixed fire sign, which means this is sustained action energy rather than a brief spark. Get comfortable with showing up because this next year is asking you to let yourself be seen, to let your creativity be joyful and to stop waiting until you feel ready enough to express yourself fully.
What to watch under Jupiter in Leo is the amplification of the ego, the need for external validation and performing for the applause rather than creating from genuine joy. The invitation is visibility from the inside out, not the outside in.
Anyone with Leo placements, particularly Sun, Moon, Rising, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter, will be directly and personally activated by this transit. Check where Leo sits in your chart to understand which area of your life and business is being expanded over the next 13 months.
Intuition prompt: If you gave yourself full permission to be seen and celebrated for your work over the next 13 months, what would you do differently? Write it down.
Thursday 2 July, Jupiter in Leo square Chiron in Taurus
The blocks surface so you can move through them
The first conversation Jupiter has in its new sign is with Chiron in Taurus, and it arrives as a square, meaning tension and friction that ultimately asks something of us.
Chiron in Taurus represents our deepest wounds around money, self-worth, security and the body. Jupiter in Leo is ready to grow, expand and be seen, but today and over the next few days it may meet real resistance. This can show up as not wanting to be seen, not feeling worthy enough to put yourself forward, not having the money to invest in your growth, or body image concerns that make visibility feel unsafe.
The tension is real and worth acknowledging. The medicine is to recognise those blocks, thank them for trying to keep you safe, and choose to move through them anyway. Taurus is the builder, and with steady determination it can move through what arises. Leo is waiting on the other side with warmth, generosity and an open stage.
Intuition prompt: What block around visibility or worth has been quietly running in the background of your decisions? Name it out loud today. You don't have to solve it, just let it be seen.
Saturday 4 July, Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini
Expect the unexpected
Hang on, because this one could be a bumpy ride. Mars and Uranus meeting in Gemini is electric, unpredictable and full of potential for breakthroughs that arrive from nowhere.
Your drive and energy may pick up speed suddenly. Inspiration can feel quick and surprising. Conversations can spark entirely new beginnings. There may be downloads, ideas or realisations that feel genuinely liberating, like something that has been stuck finally breaks free. Moving on something under this energy can feel exciting and bold in equal measure.
The key is to stay grounded enough to capture what comes through without acting on everything impulsively. Not every breakthrough needs to be implemented on the same day it arrives. Let the inspiration land, write it down, and give yourself a day before you act on the biggest ones.
Intuition prompt: What unexpected idea or realisation arrives for you today? Write it down without editing it. You can decide what to do with it tomorrow.
Sunday 5 July, Mars sextile Neptune and Mars trine Pluto
Dreams with real momentum behind them
Yesterday gave you the unexpected downloads. Today the momentum and passion kick up a gear and you want to do something with them.
Mars sextiling Neptune brings a harmonious connection between your drive and your dreams and inspiration. Mars trining Pluto adds deep transformational potential to that momentum. Together these aspects are full of creative power driven by a genuine desire for change. You know you can create something meaningful and the ideas flowing today just need to be given a clear path to turn those dreams into reality.
This is a day for vision and action together, not one or the other. Let yourself dream big and then ask yourself what one concrete step would move that dream forward this week.
Intuition prompt: What do you want to create or change that feels almost too big to say out loud? Say it anyway, write it down and give it one first step.
What your chart says about all of this
Every one of these transits lands differently depending on your personal and business charts. Where Jupiter in Leo activates growth for one person it may land in a completely different area of life and business for another. Understanding your own chart is what turns general astrology into a genuine strategy.
The Business Direction Blueprint is a comprehensive session where we look at both your personal and business charts across 12 areas of your business, your visibility, your soul clients, your money patterns, your communication style, your reputation and what your business is here to become known for. You walk away with a living document that stays with you and grows as your business does.
Mercury retrograde in Cancer is actually one of the best windows to do exactly this kind of foundational work. It's a period designed for review, reflection and refining, and a Business Direction Blueprint session gives you the clarity and the living document to make that review genuinely useful rather than just circling the same questions on your own.
